HOW MUCH IS THE RENT AND WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Rent for the one bedroom apartments start at $1500 / month lower level, $1550 / month upper level, and two bedroom apartments start at $1890 / month.
The monthly rent includes heat and water, and with LED lighting, and energy-efficient, brand new appliances you can expect a lower than normal power bill.

HOW BIG ARE THE APARTMENTS?

Each one bedroom unit is 711 square feet. The floor plan is unique with each suite being south facing and has two entry doors, one from the front side, the other from the back parking lot.

CAN I BRING MY PETS?

Centurion Apartments are DOG friendly, pending a meet and greet with you and your pup to ensure they’re a good fit for the building.
Unfortunately, we do not allow cats.

WHAT WERE THE UPGRADES TO THE BUILDING?

Renovated doesn’t begin to cover the work done to restore these apartments. Taken back to the studs, all units have new wiring, plumbing, appliances (including stove, rangehood, microwave, dishwasher, and insuite stackable laundry) keyless entry locks, windows, LED pot lighting, LVPlank flooring and of course, open concept layout.

WHAT ABOUT PARKING?

Every apartment comes with one designated parking spot in the back of the building, including an outlet so you can plug your car in during those chilly winter months.

HOW CLOSE IS CENTURION TO THE CITY’S BIKE LANE NETWORK?

Step out the door and you can start pedaling! Centurion fronts directly onto the 83rd Avenue protected bike lane that stretches from Mill Creek to the University of Alberta. 

HOW SAFE IS THE BUILDING?

We went above and beyond to ensure you feel safe in your apartment with features like keyless entry, video cameras on the building exterior, including the ability to see who you are buzzing into the building.
